Payments and Installments
⅓ of the total trip price is due as a deposit.
Second payment (another ⅓), due 120 days prior to departure.
Total balance, the final and third installment, is due no later than 90 days prior to departure.
There are no refunds. Funds can not be transferred to other trips, people, nor become store credit.
Rates and Roommates
Trips are double occupancy.
If I do not have a roommate, I understand that a single supplement fee will be added to my trip cost.
This cost will be deducted if a compatible roommate signs up for the trip.
HDC does not guarantee roommates.
Please note: single supplement fee for no roommate does not apply to liveaboard trips.

All participants must complete a travel contract (link here) with deposit to hold a spot on a trip, no exceptions.
Documentation and Insurance
You are responsible for maintaining an up-to-date passport. If HDC is handling any air travel, a copy must be provided to HDC no later than 60 days prior to departure.
Passport cannot expire within 6 months of the return date of the trip.
Please note, there may sometimes be requested forms/documents travelers must complete.
I agree to maintain valid travel documents; including but not limited to any entry visas. I accept responsibility for checking country entry requirements and agree not to take prohibited items.
If you are diving, you must have dive insurance to participate. Companies such as Divers Alert Network and DiveAssure can help you with this. Trip insurance can also be purchased from them.
All divers must be physically, mentally, and emotionally fit for SCUBA diving.
