All training is done by appointment and instructor availability.
Special note: If there are any open water components, they can occur seasonally/by availability. Open Water is usually from late June-early October.

Time Commitment
Snorkeling: approx 2-3hrs
Freediving: approx 4-5hrs commitment per session
Special note: if possible, we like to know student sizes upon booking so we know what gear you'll need

Minimum Age
Snorkeling: 10+ years old
Any Freediving: 18+ years old
Water Comfort
students must be comfortable in the water and know how to swim proficiently
no snorkeling or freediving experience required
Prior to any in-water activity, all participants need to fill out paperwork

Hampton Springs in Westhampton area
fresh water and located about 15mins from our dive center
Our private training site is gated and locked; students need access to their own vehicles for this portion (no ubers/taxis)
